Nexilum is a delivery brand of JPL Consulting Services and Web Solutions Inc. ("JPL," "we," "us"), a Quebec company (NEQ 1174574369). This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, who can receive it, where it is processed, and the rights you have under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as modernized by Law 25.

What we collect and why
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your full name, your work email, and, if you choose to add them, your company, your role, the type of help you are looking for, and the project context you type in the free-text field.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you want, to discuss how we can help. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information in the free-text field. If you volunteer more than we need, we will use only what is necessary to reply.
We also use a consent banner to manage cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are always on. Optional analytics cookies are off until you turn them on, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie control.
Consent and withdrawal
By submitting the form, you consent to our use of the information above to respond to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@nexilum.ca. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Who can receive your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed: with the service providers that run this website and our communications (our hosting and forms provider, our content-delivery provider, and our email-delivery provider). These providers process information on our behalf under agreements that require confidentiality and protection. We do not forward your inquiry to a vendor in our ecosystem without telling you first and obtaining your consent.
When you use our Calendly link to book a call, you interact with Calendly's platform directly. Calendly acts as an independent data controller for that interaction, under its own privacy policy.
Where your information is processed
Our website hosting, content delivery, and email delivery are provided by companies located in the United States. This means your information may be stored or processed outside Quebec and Canada. We take reasonable steps, including contractual protections, to require a level of protection consistent with Quebec law.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for 24 months after our last contact with you, then we delete them, unless a longer period is required to manage a resulting engagement or to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
Under Quebec law you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous, withdraw your consent to our use of it, and, where the conditions are met, ask us to stop disseminating your information or to de-index a link to it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@nexilum.ca. We will respond within the time provided by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services or our providers change. The current version is always posted here with its date.
